Boiler Rental Manager

**About the Role**
As the Rental Manager, you will oversee our rental department, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations. You will lead a team that includes the Boiler Rental Coordinator and field supervisors, driving sales growth while upholding safety and regulatory standards. Your strategic leadership will directly contribute to achieving company objectives and enhancing customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Rental Operations Oversight**: Lead and support rental activities, ensuring smooth coordination across sales, maintenance, and customer service teams to drive efficiency and profitability.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and develop the rental team, setting performance goals and fostering a customer-centric, safety-first culture.
- **Sales and Business Development**: Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities, expand our customer base, and enhance rental strategies.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Champion customer service by addressing client needs, providing timely solutions, and ensuring positive rental experiences.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Implement and enforce safety protocols in alignment with industry regulations to protect clients and company assets.
- **Inventory and Asset Management**: Oversee inventory levels and equipment availability, collaborating with procurement to maintain assets for optimal client service.
- **Financial and Budget Management**: Work with the General Manager to develop and manage the rental department’s budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, making data-driven decisions that position the company as a market leader.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience; Power Engineer ticket (preferred)
- **Experience**: 5+ years of management experience in equipment rental operations or similar industry; knowledge of industrial boilers or related equipment is advantageous
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Jonas, and other rental coordination tools
- **Certifications and Competencies**: Strong communication, analytical skills, and understanding of safety and compliance in equipment rental

Pay: $75,000.00-$87,500.00 per year
