- This is a central and dynamic position as you will provide technical and functional support on fixed income risk engines to allow our traders and risk analysts to manage their risks on a day to days basis.

**Technical Stack **:UNIX | WINDOWS SERVERS | SQL | KIBANA | ELASTICSEARCH | AUTOSYS | C# | API

**What will be your day-to-day?**
- When you open your laptop, you will have to do various tasks to make sure production is stable and trading have their risks available to take right decision on the market.
- Be ready to timely report production and project status to client and IT management.
- Finally, get prepared to learn the key Production Support practices and get financial expertise with experienced professionals.

**What does it take to get the job? The required competencies are**:

- 2+ years’ experience as support analyst.
- Knowledge in Finance, especially market risks process and fixed income products.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work in a multitasking environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Team spirit. Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience.

**In addition, it is a plus if you have**:

- CFA level 1 or above.
- ITIL knowledge / certification.
- Knowledge in Programming (Python, Shell ).

**Languages**:
English, French. Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
