The Application Support Analyst position supports and troubleshoots applications, typically working with both end users and developers. The application specialist job description includes helping troubleshoot issues, understanding the organization's business processes, analyzing systems, auditing or verifying data and testing and evaluating. This person must have a professional and proactive work ethic and work well within a team dynamic. The professional should have experience with problem-solving and troubleshooting and be able to organize his/her own workload.

Responsibilities:
Support and troubleshoot technical issues with business applications including Infor M3 Cloud Edition (M3), Zendesk, GuideTi and others;
Maintain global security of applications;
Work closely with business analysts to implement business process improvements;
Actively participate in gathering requirements, analyzing requests, and proposing/defining solutions;
Interact and help support M3 and related systems integrations;
Perform other duties as required.

Travelling % and description:
Travelling may be required to any of our North American facilities for projects and training purposes;
The percentage of travelling will vary upon the needs of different projects.

Environment :
Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines;
Sitting for extended periods of time;
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components;
Physically able to conduct and participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.

Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science, management information systems or equivalent work experience required.

Experience :
1-3 years’ experience in an application support role, preferably with a cloud-based application focus;
Working knowledge of M3 preferred;
Well-rounded functional knowledge of business processes such as but not limited to order to cash, purchase pay, etc.;
Hands on experience with M3 administration and configuration and 3rd party integrations in complex environments.
