**Description**

Children’s Mental Health Services (CMHS) is a publicly funded not-for-profit organization in the City of Belleville, serving Hastings and Prince Edward counties, which provides a spectrum of innovative and evidence-based, mental health services. We provide live-in and community-based services including in-home programs to children, youth, and families within the community. **Position Summary**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collect, organize, and maintain datasets from various sources.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout all processes.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to generate insights.
- Utilize statistical techniques and tools to identify trends and patterns.
- Create dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders to monitor key metrics.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations based on data findings to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize database performance and scalability.
- Ensure proper documentation of data processes and workflows.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and business requirements.
- Train team members and stakeholders on data-related tools and processes.

**Experience/Skills and other Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, management, or related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualization Power BI, and Balanced Scorecard software programs.
- Familiarity with the client database management system EMHware.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Greenspace, Microsoft 365 apps like Project, Glint
- Familiarity using TPON and Cognos, specifically submitting data to the Ministry.
- Experience with a Policy Platform like Policy Manager as well as report development and tracking of data.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From $44.56 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
