**The Opportunity**

Leavitt Machinery is recruiting for a friendly, organized, and team-oriented **Branch Administrator** to join our team in **Calgary, Alberta**. As the Branch Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting and directing them as needed. You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will be interacting with coworkers across various departments.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Branch Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Branch Manager as required
- Managing incoming phone calls
- Organizing and distributing mail
- Managing shipping & receiving for the branch
- Completing reports for the branch
- Performing other duties as required

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- One year of related experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to multi-task and handle numerous customer requests
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
