Role Summary:
_**Our Calgary Branch is currently recruiting for a Branch Administrator to support all aspects of administration for the Calgary Branch.
_Key Job Responsibilities:
_
- Provide administrative support as needed for all departments
- Data entry as required including for company reports for both fire & security within company systems
- Assist the Coordinators and Sales Support Specialists during their busy periods
- Process invoices/disputes
- Monitor and order office supplies for the branch
- Participate and adhere to all safety regulations within the branch
- Maintenance and monitoring of certificates and licenses etc.
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
_**- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure
- Flexibility to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or a related discipline preferred
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision/selfmotivated and desire to work on a winning team
- Ability to work under pressure with meeting timelines
- Excellent presentation and time management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communications skills
- Selfmotivator with a positive outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective at building relationships with a strong client service orientation
