Role Summary:

_**Our Calgary Branch is currently recruiting for a Branch Administrator to support all aspects of administration for the Calgary Branch.


_Key Job Responsibilities:
_


  • Provide administrative support as needed for all departments
  • Data entry as required including for company reports for both fire & security within company systems
  • Assist the Coordinators and Sales Support Specialists during their busy periods
  • Process invoices/disputes
  • Monitor and order office supplies for the branch
  • Participate and adhere to all safety regulations within the branch
  • Maintenance and monitoring of certificates and licenses etc.
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications:
_**- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or a related discipline preferred

  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision/selfmotivated and desire to work on a winning team
  • Ability to work under pressure with meeting timelines
