**The Opportunity**

As part of the Wajax team, the Branch Administrator is responsible for greeting onsite visitors to the branch. The incumbent will also be responsible for a variety of general duties to assist in the day-to-day office administrative requirements including ordering office supplies, booking meeting rooms, distributing incoming mail, mail merges for outgoing mail and preparing various documents within Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.

**The Role**
- Greets visitors, ensures safety procedures are followed regarding sign in/sign out
- Book meeting rooms and arrange for any catering required
- Photocopying, scanning and binding of various documents
- Ensure that all incoming mail is sorted and distributed / prepares outgoing mail
- Prepares mail merges as required
- Updates telephone directory for office
- Prepares expense reports
- Orders office supplies and ensures all work areas are stock appropriately
- Typing of various correspondence as required (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Assisting with the maintenance of the Branch required EH&S responsibilities
- Education: College diploma / High School Diploma
- Work Experience: Previous office administration experience an asset
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and/or truck & coach industry sectors is an asset
- Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
