**Job Description**:

- Troubleshoot and support end user desktop issues
- Pick up, acknowledge, and resolve incidents and requests in a timely manner to users working both in the office and remotely.
- Fully document all troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles of resolutions.
- Prioritize issues and work with Support Lead, Application Managers, IT Operations, Vendors, and other teams to resolve issues, minimizing escalations.
- Escalate high-priority issues to Team Lead and Senior Management.
- Provide first line support in areas such as Windows 10, PC's, Printers, Office 365, Active Directory, Networking issues and Ticketing.
- Provide VIP support for Desk side issues per contract and be point of contact at the site for all IT related issues.
- Learn new technologies and acquire new skills to cater to the changing demands.
- IT infrastructure Hands & Eyes Support
- Any other ad-hoc tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in an appropriate IT discipline is preferred
- 2+ years in a hands-on Information Technology Support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Exceptional teamwork and leadership skills to help other technical support workers
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems such as Manage Engine, Remedy, JIRA Service Desk, or Service Now
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes.

**Experience in one or more of the following is advantageous but not a requirement for this role as training will be provided**:

- Certifications MCSE, Microsoft 365/Azure role-based certifications, AWS, and CCNA
- Experience in the AWS Cloud platform on multiple services
