This **1**2**-month contract position** can be based out of **any of our offices** and is part of our National Learning Team. Reporting to the Manager, Learning, the Coordinator, Learning is responsible for the coordination and successful execution of our national learning initiatives for the legal assistant, paraprofessional, and business services groups, as well as national compliance and EDI training.

**We are seeking an individual who**:

- Is passionate about learning and development and helping others learn the skills necessary to be successful in their job;
- Has exceptional organizational, time management and attention to detail skills;
- Has direct experience coordinating event logistics or training programs;
- Values working in a team environment.

**Key duties of the role include**:

- Coordinate program related logistics, including calendar invitations, reminders and boardroom set-up;
- Liaise with program stakeholders and presenters to manage the materials and logistics of learning programs;
- Ensure all program details are appropriately tracked;
- Coordinate the uploading and updating of program content onto the Firm’s Learning Management System, as well as maintain and generate reports.

**The position requires**:

- Working knowledge of adult learning principals;
- Strong administrative skills, such as time management and records management;
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating event logistics or training programs;
- Experience in the legal industry or other professional services is an asset;
**What you'll bring**:

- Degree in Adult Education, Human Resources or Business Administration and 5+ years in Learning and Development in a professional services firm.
- Understand and exhibit knowledge and skills in learning and development in the professional services industries.
- Working knowledge of project management principles.
- Bilingualism an asset.
- Required technical skills include: Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office programs and HTML Code.
