**Position Purpose**:
The Coordinator, Learning Solutions plays an important role in the smooth running of blended and online learning as well as online workshops for McLean & Company’s clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Coordinator, Learning Solutions, you will:

- Schedule training cohorts by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate the registration of new learners in multiple LMS and on Microsoft teams, as well as in our point-of-sale registration system for open enrolment courses.
- Set up material for training cohorts in the LMS’ and on Microsoft teams.
- Provide live in-session support to the facilitator and learners, e.g. set up breakout rooms and polls; answer minor technical questions; etc.
- Coordinate with external vendors for relevant assessments and case studies.
- Manage online and offline communication with learners, both instructor-to-learner and learner-to-learner. Manage the McLean Training program inbox.
- Troubleshoot LMS issues, look for opportunities for improvement, and coordinate with IT as required.
- Provide project support for technology & LMS transitions as required and develop appropriate processes.
- Liaise with external & internal stakeholders and speakers to coordinate and manage a calendar of webinar events and video content.
- Prepare related reports as required.

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent project and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, rapidly changing work environment
- College diploma or equivalent experience in coordination

**Desirable**:

- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Experience handling the administration of learner experiences within a learning management system or learning experience platform.
