**The Opportunity**

The Coordinator, Learning & Development - Advisory is responsible for providing operational and administrative support for the delivery of learning and development solutions for KPMG's Advisory practice. Reporting to the Manager, Advisory Learning & Development, the Coordinator will support day-to-day operations, including Learning Management System administration, Degreed learning pathways, vendor relationships, data entry, reporting, and responding to inquiries from the business. The Coordinator will also support projects within the Advisory Learning team to meet the learning and development needs of our business.

The Coordinator will work closely with the Advisory Learning team as well as the Learning Community of Practice across the firm, including the Digital Learning and Learning Technology teams. Additionally, the Coordinator will collaborate with Advisory employees and leaders to provide information, answer questions and resolve issues.

**What you will do
- Support the Advisory Learning team's execution on learning projects/programs and activities that support the businesses strategic direction through stakeholder consultation, project management and logístical support
- Provide administrative and operational support for Raise Your Game, a national Advisory flagship program aimed at developing a consistently high performing team with strong consulting capability:

- Maintain training calendar, course content/material and training records, including compliance tracking.
- Send training communications, pre and post-training materials, tracking attendance, waitlists, cancellations and compilation of class evaluations
- Complete data entry in LMS and coordinate with Learning Technology team.
- Administrate, report and analyze data and learning trends in the LMS and on learning vendor platforms to capture and demonstrate the effectiveness and ROI of learning projects and activities
- Coordinate all scheduling logistics for in-personal and virtual classroom training, liaise with presenters/facilitators and provide technical and administrative support
- With guidance from the Manager, Learning & Development - Advisory, work collaboratively with external learning vendors to implement best practices that will enhance the learner experience and ensure objectives are met
- Assist with the organization and continuous development of Advisory Service Line training plans in Degreed
- Proactively resolve project issues in timely and effective nature
- Respond to learning queries in the functional learning mailbox
- Remain current on the functionality of our supported platforms and stay up to date on future trends

**What you bring to the role
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Learning & Development or equivalent in a similar field (i.e. business or HR)
- 1-4 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a client services/professional services environment in a similar capacity
- Hands on experience working within an LMS (preferrably Success Factors) or similar and performing tasks such as uploading content, exporting data from the LMS, creating learning pathways etc.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Office Products including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
- Strong and effective communications skills, oral and written
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Emphasizes and builds the value of service offered to the client
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for proofreading, suggesting alternatives and making modifications
- Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands and deadlines, and the ability to deal with discretion and comfortable working directly with senior leaders.
- Exposure to reporting dashboards as part of program reviews to track Program KPIs, such as PowerBI, is an asset
- Experience with Articulate 360 Suite, Degreed and Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
