**What You Will Be Doing**:
Assist in implementing DEI programs and initiatives
Support the development of Indigenous engagement strategies
Contribute to the creation and execution of reconciliation plans
Engage with Indigenous business enterprises and other diverse suppliers
Help maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations
Participate in community engagement activities and cultural awareness training
Support Indigenous recruitment initiatives
**What You Bring**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Approximately 5 years of experience in DEI, community engagement, or related areas
Understanding of Indigenous cultures, traditions, and business practices
Familiarity with DEI concepts, trends, and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in data analysis and report writing
Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
