Our **Endpoint Services Specialist** is a high-profile role that sees you driving national sales growth for Services associated with the End Point portfolio of partners. Acting as an evangelist for End Point Services solutions for customers and our Sales teams, we'll look to you to develop net new pipeline and assist with closing sales by delivering the best services solutions for the customer while maintaining profitability.

**What you'll do**
- Engage with CDW's Service Provider Partners to develop and maintain End Point Services solutions for CDW customers. This includes developing the Services offerings with the services provider partners, as well as internal teams creating positioning documents and collateral, building the engagement processes, and then engaging with CDW sales teams to promote these services offerings.
- Collaborate daily with the sales team, by answering customer questions, and providing solution statements of work and quotes. Overcoming objections, and adjusting proposals as required to ensure the best End Point Services solution is presented to the customer.
- Collaborate daily with the CDW End Point pre-sales team to educate them on the Services offerings and encourage them to promote these services with their product sales opportunities.
- Identify key individual decision-makers and customer targets and liaison with sales to uncover new opportunities with customers for Services.
- Assist account managers on customer calls by showcasing CDW's End Point Services solutions.
- Work with key Services Partner contacts to help manage escalations, special requests, and issue resolutions.
- Increase monthly rep activation of those selling End Point Services.
- Build strong relationships with key Services Partner sellers focused on co-selling together.
- Participation in training, events, and activities on CDW's behalf
- Position CDW as a strong services seller by networking with industry contacts, vendors, customers, and internal field teams.
- Ensure opportunity sharing/information flow between other key resources, Sales Management and other relevant depts. ie finance and delivery teams.

**What you need to succeed**
**Must-have**
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, field sales or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of experience evangelizing services or solutions to a sales team
- Demonstrated ability to perform and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships both within CDW, as well as partners and customers
- Aptitude to work with Executive and C-Level contacts within CDW, partners and customers

**Nice-to-have**
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing
- Established track record of successful quote-driven services sales attainment
- Established track record of strong executive-level communication (C-Level, Dept. Head)
