**Job Title**: Territory Manager - GTA
**Location**: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
**Compensation**: 100% Commission, with travel expenses compensated
**Overview**:
We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated **Territory Manager** for the Greater Toronto Area to drive sales efforts and build strong relationships across key channels, including bars, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and specialty retail. This role is a unique opportunity to represent a growing brand in the dynamic non-alcoholic beverage industry, playing an active part in expanding market presence in the GTA.
**Position Summary**:
As a Territory Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of sales activities, forging new partnerships, nurturing client relationships, and promoting an alcohol-free lifestyle through innovative products. You’ll have a hands-on role in developing a vibrant community around alcohol-free drinks and memorable experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Leadership**: Lead sales initiatives within the GTA, representing the brand in the local market.
- **Strategy Co-Development**: Collaborate with leadership to develop a robust sales strategy aimed at securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
- **Client Outreach**: Conduct cold and warm outreach to potential clients, establishing positive relationships with a focus on long-term growth.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track prospects, contacts, and client interactions.
- **Client Relations**: Act as the primary contact for clients in the GTA, delivering top-tier customer service and clear communication.
- **Market Insights**: Regularly monitor and report on market trends, client feedback, and growth opportunities, providing valuable insights from the field.
**Qualifications**:
- **Sales Experience**: Proven sales record with experience managing accounts, conducting outreach, and meeting sales targets, ideally within the food and beverage or hospitality sectors.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Existing relationships or familiarity with sales channels such as bars, restaurants, cafes, grocery, and specialty retail are highly desirable.
- **No Formal Education Requirement**: Experience, passion, and drive are valued over formal education for this role.
- **Personal Attributes**: Passionate about the non-alcoholic beverage industry and committed to promoting a new way of socializing.
