Forest City Castings, Inc. (FCC) is a family owned and operated private company in St. Thomas, ON - 15 minutes south of London, ON.

FCC is a leader in Graphite Permanent Mould Technology. We specialize in quality aluminum and zinc castings, in house mould making, and custom CNC machining, providing our customers with turnkey service. We maintain an industry recognized reputation for quality, service and on time delivery.

We are building a team of highly skilled sales staff to expand our sales of advanced manufacturing capabilities. FCC offers fair wages, benefits, RRSP matching and educational incentives as well as advancement opportunities as our business continues to grow.

FCC is currently seeking an **Inside Sales Representative **who will be accountable for connecting with customers to develop new sales opportunities for aluminum and zinc castings. This includes activities such as; following up with existing quotes and collecting feedback, contacting and following up with leads that are currently in our database, perform market research to generate new lead opportunities in targeted industries and maintaining accurate customer correspondence records.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.

Qualifying leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to help develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.

Attending trade shows.

Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.

Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitive offerings.

Provide feedback to management team to enhance messaging and product offerings.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators.

Continuously improve sales techniques through training and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or technical environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong listening and questioning skills to uncover customer needs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with CRM software and/or equivalent use of sales tools.

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve results.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

**Working Conditions**:

Occasional travel within and outside of Canada

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
