**Administrative Assistant**

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Operations and the Executive Director. This position will work closely with the Executive Director to assist in the day-to-day operations of the organization. This position will also assist in managing the organization’s social media presence, including posting and managing content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms. The Administrative Assistant will also assist in managing the organization’s database, including uploading new files and maintaining data integrity.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Maintain database integrity by updating information as needed within the database
- Uploading new files to database as needed
- Maintain data integrity by following best practices for data integrity and quality
- Work closely with Executive Director to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist in maintaining office security through proper file management and data integrity
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience preferred. College Degree preferred or working towards a degree.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision. Must be able to work under pressure under deadline pressure while working as part of a team environment. Must be able to multi-task under time pressure while working as part of a team environment. Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have excellent time management skills while working under pressure deadlines. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to write clear instructions for staff members, write reports, give presentations, prepare presentations for staff members, and edit presentations for presentation purposes. Must have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Must be able to work under pressure under deadline pressure while working as part of a team environment.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Prince Albert, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
