**Bilingual Dispatcher**

By monitoring all Field Service Route Management System activities and collaborating with Field Service Team Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring our service technicians are minimizing their travel time between customer calls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Field Service Technicians to maintain a response time of four (4) hours by:

- Balancing Technicians workload
- Assigning service calls
- Maintaining appointment schedules
- Monitoring, responding to GPS alerts and managing the GPS mapping in order to identify Technicians status and location
- Monitoring and responding to messages from Field Service Technicians, Managers, and Service Agents
- Respond to customer calls to support the team as required

**To Succeed, you will need**:

- Fluency in English and French
- Ability to quickly learn in-house systems, policies, procedures
- Experience with using Google Maps
- Basic MS-Office skills
- 1-3 years of related work experience

**Language requirement**:
In this job, you will be required to provide support nationally. As customers and work colleagues are spread out across Canada, both English and French (written and spoken) is needed for day-to-day responsibilities such as: respond to customer (internal and external) calls from other provinces, review documents generated in other provinces, etc... Therefore, you must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages

**Répartiteur/Répartitrice bilingue - Hybride**

En contrôlant toutes les activités du système de gestion des itinéraires du service sur le terrain et en collaborant avec les chefs d'équipe du service sur le terrain, vous serez chargé de veiller à ce que nos technicien(ne)s de service minimisent leur temps de déplacement entre les appels des clients.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Aider les technicien(ne)s de service sur le terrain à maintenir un temps de réponse de quatre (4) heures en:

- équilibrant la charge de travail des techniciens
- assignant les appels de service
- maintenant les horaires de rendez-vous
- surveillant les alertes GPS, en y répondant et en gérant la cartographie GPS afin d'identifier le statut et l'emplacement des techniciens
- surveiller les messages des technicien(ne)s, des gestionnaires et des agents de service sur le terrain et y répondre
- répondre aux appels des clients pour soutenir l'équipe, le cas échéant

**Pour réussir, vous devrez**:

- Maîtrise de l'Anglais et du Français
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement les systèmes, politiques et procédures internes
- Expérience de l'utilisation de Google Maps
- Compétences de base en MS-Office
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle connexe
