Executive Administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparing materials and setting up conference rooms
- Maintain electronic files and records, including filing and organizing documents and contracts
- Prepare and process expense reports and invoices
- Provide support to other team members, as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Takes initiative always to get work done
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Drive, and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
