Administrative/marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an
Administrative Assistant. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of
**Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Tasks: Handling a wide range of administrative duties, from scheduling
appointments to preparing documents, ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed effectively.
- Data Management: Keeping our databases and records up-to-date and organized and
assisting with market research and analysis.
- Social Media: Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation,
scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including
booking venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs.
- Basic Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining financial records, including processing invoices,
tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
- Process Development: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement
efficient procedures to streamline administrative workflows.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in event planning and basic bookkeeping is a plus.
- Experience using Google suite, Canva Pro, and CRM software suites.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms including Instagram/YouTube/TikTok/Facebook, etc.
- Video editing skills (asset not require)
- A valid driver’s license with ability to travel within GTA.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
