
Administrative and Marketing Assistant

PizzaForno, the fastest growing automated pizzeria company in North America is looking for an extraordinary Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join the “Pizzaruption”.
Key Responsibilities:
Licensee and Partner Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for licensees, facilitating communication between them and our operations team.
Customer Support Excellence: Manage customer support inquiries with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Content Creation: Run our social media accounts with help from our marketing team, includes creating posts, stories, replying to comments and customer messages, and producing compelling short-form videos for various platforms, enhancing our brand presence and engaging our audience.:
Marketing Materials Coordination: Oversee the production of local flyers and coordinate with design services to create visually appealing designs for our licensees.
Brand Ambassador Program: Recruit and manage brand ambassadors, ensuring they align with our brand values and can effectively promote our products.
Community Engagement: Plan and execute "Pizza with a Purpose" strategies, demonstrating our commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative and/or marketing role, with a track record of successful communication.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and proficiency in content creation, including video production.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
Join Us:
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
