Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

**Guaranteed base of $23.85 per hour based on Bilingual Certification**:

**We offer**:
- Minimum of five (5) shifts per week (Monday through to Friday) between 8:00AM to 6:00PM
- Willing to work Holidays as Business requires and 2 Saturdays a month

**Description**:
Can you offer superior customer service in a fast-paced work environment? You will be providing a wide range of inbound customer service. Key responsibilities including but not limited to, account maintenance, product presentation, filling claims while maintaining superior customer service experience.

**Qualifications**:
- Ability to effectively communicate **both** in English and French** verbally and in writing with good to excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience in a contact centre environment preferred,
- High school diploma or GED required. College or University Degree preferred.
- Strong customer service, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation & problem solving skills, demonstrating flexibility in meeting customer needs while maintaining client objectives
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude and interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.

**Location**:
You will love our beautiful, bright modern office, located on Ste Croix Avenue in Saint-Laurent. Free parking on site, access to a gym on site, Day care close by, on site restaurant and convenient access by Metro(Du College) as well as bus.
**Hours of Operation**:
Monday to Friday between 8 am - 6 pm, a minium 2 Saturdays between 9am-6pm and Holidays
