**PLEASE NOTE - This is full-time permanent, work-from-home position.**
**What you will be doing**:
- Providing excellent customer service at each step of the way, taking time with each applicant to clearly answer their questions and provide accurate information.
- Directing all inbound traffic to the correct departments.
- Finding and implementing the correct solution for each customer. Whether it is simply adjusting a payment date, processing an early payment or re-structuring loan terms, you will need to thoroughly listen to each customer and find the best solution.
- Collecting customer testimonials and handling reviews
- Attending to administration duties such as data entry, funding, and reports
- Acting as Spring's sole representative in Quebec - this will include allowing Spring to use your address as the company's mailing and business address in Quebec
- Promptly receiving, scanning and forwarding all company mail received in Quebec to Spring's head office in Vancouver
- Assisting with the translation of Spring's agreements and website to French
- Assisting the Head of Legal and Compliance with any communications to be conducted in French with Quebec regulator
**What you need to succeed**:
- Professional working knowledge of English and French
- Passion for problem-solving
- You are a strong listener and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently but love collaborating within a team
- Self motivated and eager to learn new skills
- Familiar with Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
- Nice to have: Salesforce CRM knowledge - but not required
- **Nice to have**: Experience working with government agencies in Quebec
