Financial Advisors’ office looking for an Experienced Administrative Assistant.

**Duties**:
*Preparing and processing Investment and Insurance documents

*Faxing, filing, letter writing, incoming and outgoing mail, courier pick-ups

*Database and client management software

**Skills required**:
*Strong communication skills - spoken and written

*Strong organizational skills

*Strong problem-solving skills

*Must know Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and ability to work with others

*Ability to work independently with some direction

**Experience**:
*Must have minimum 2-3 years of Investment/Insurance administrative experience

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary / Benefits**:
*$17.00-$24.00 / hour full time permantent, depending on experience

*Health and dental benefit plan after 3 months*
