**Our franchise,** 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Fraser Valley, **is based in Burnaby BC and services a large portion of the GVRD from Burnaby through Langley. **Sales and Training Manager (Full-Time)**
**Burnaby**
**Compensation: $60-$90k+ (base salary $60k with quarterly bonuses based on business growth and profitability)**
**About the role**:
This role will split time in-office and out in the field working with and directly coaching our team members and trainers.
- **Lead the growth, training and development of a team of 15-30 front-line sales and customer service laborers**
- **Lead the content and delivery of our training program**
- **Build and lead a team of full-time in-field trainers**
- **Continuous development of training content to develop best-in-class salespeople delivering exceptional customer experience**
- **Continuous development of incentive programs to ensure profitable growth for the business and financial motivation for our salespeople**
- **Work with General Manager and other company resources to continue to develop your own skills as a coach**
- **Contribute to setting goals and creating the annual Business Plan with the General Manager**
- **Learning and occasionally running daily operations to ensure seamless collaboration with operations team**
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience with sales coaching, sales management, and/or small business leadership**
- **Experience in a franchise is a plus but not a requirement**
- **Interest in growth and development - your own and those around you**
- **The desire to grow your skill set to lead a small business**
- **Proficiency in the Google suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets) or similar software**
- **Excellent verbal & written communication skills**
- **Driver’s license and clean driving record**
- **Ability to travel within Canada and to the US
