**Position Summary**:
The Residential Business Manager for BC and Yukon will oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential HVAC business for the region. They will manage the sales team, develop growth strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales and profitability targets. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including the Director of Residential Business and the BC Commercial Sales Manager, the role requires leadership in market development, personnel management, and sales reporting. Additionally, they will manage budgets, service issues, product training, and regional marketing efforts to support the overall success of the residential HVAC product business. This position reports to the Branch President, BC.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day residential operations, managing the residential sales team.
- Collaborate with the BC Commercial Sales Manager and Director of Residential Business to achieve annual HVAC sales targets.
- Develop and implement market-specific sales growth strategies.
- Ensure regional residential sales volume and margin objectives are met.
- Manage sales volume, product mix, and pricing to achieve profitability.
- Mentor and develop the residential sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Establish and maintain sales monitoring and reporting processes.
- Submit monthly sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Residential Business.
- Manage the residential sales and marketing budget.
- Address and manage residential service issues and provide feedback.
- Lead product training and education programs for staff and customers.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on sales strategies, product launches, and marketing

**Qualifications**:

- Strong technical knowledge of heating and air-conditioning systems.
- Experience with residential mini-split systems (an asset).
- Proven experience in residential sales management, ideally in the HVAC industry.
- Ability to effectively execute key responsibilities of the role.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Expertise in developing and implementing market-specific sales strategies.
- Budget management and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with product training and customer service management.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.

**Education Requirements**:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree

**Years Of Experience**

10 Years combined experience in sales with 3-5 years of successfully managing residential HVAC business.
