Inside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business development opportunities and strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or technology sales is advantageous but not required.
- Knowledge in Chemistry is an asset
- Knowledge in the food and/or personal care manufacturing industry is an asset
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience or in any related field
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
