**Job Overview**:
Pacific Truss is offering a rewarding opportunity as a Technical Service Representative (TSR) Team member on our award-winning team in Cobble Hill, British Columbia. We have been a proud employer in the Cowichan Valley for over 60 years

**What You’ll do**:

- Develop and maintain rapport with existing and prospective customers.
- Work as a liaison between sales representatives and internal/external customers
- Consult with external customers to establish their needs and determine appropriate building solutions.
- Provide product knowledge to customers and ensure positive customer service.
- Provide quotes and process sales ensuring that all processes and deadlines are met.
- Communicate with other employees in different departments, such as Designers and Production Assemblers.
- Ability to break down technical terminology to non-technical clients.
- Provide service for the sales counter and walk-in customers.
- Order intake and data entry.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Wage**:$25/hour (or based on experience).

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour Shifts
- Monday-Friday
- Due to the nature of a sales role, overtime, although not often, can be required.

**Education**:

- Diploma or certificate from a technical college or design school would be an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
