In this positions we are looking for a sales representative who is outgoing, and customer centric. If you are that person, we want you to create experiences and sell products to our hospitality and wholesale accounts. Your Territory will be:

- _Nanaimo (north of Cedar)_
- Port Alberni/Bamfield_
- North Island (Courtenay, Comox, Cumberland, Campbell River)_
- Denman Island, Quadra, Powell River _.

Full-time. Monday to Friday and some weekend work is required.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Sales and orders on a weekly basis with our accounts
- Visiting new and existing accounts
- Communicate and understand the intricacies of our craft products and philosophies
- Contributing to a sales-based culture -helping to build our customers into advocates of the brand.
- _Attendance at weekly meetings, _
- _Participation in marketing initiatives when requested, _
- _Tastings at stores or festivals when requested _
- _Keeping a list of called/visited accounts, with km log_
- _Occasional deliveries to accounts _
- Wage:_
- $35,000 base salary with 6% commission on all sales in your territory.
- We will provide you with a car allowance, gas card, cell phone, and laptop.
- Skills:_
- Experience in the food and beverage industry
- A desire to deliver service to our accounts that goes above and beyond
- Able to multi-task
- Comfortable working on computer-_we will provide training on our system_
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Be self-motivated and a team player
- Must have your own vehicle and Class 5 Driver’s License

**Merridale is a family-run business that has been making memories for over 30 years. Using traditional methods of fermenting and distilling, we deliver our craft products to retailers and to customers that join us at the farm for tours, tastings, farm-to-table meals, shopping and events.**

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
