**The Opportunity**

Garage Door Beasts is one of the fastest growing garage door installation and repair service companies in the Greater Toronto Area. Our team has been working with thousands of Canadian homeowners to We are looking for a motivated and driven direct sales representative who will help clients choose the right garage door for their home and their needs. We believe in quality, service, and passion in all we do.

This is a commissioned direct sales opportunity. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be proactively selling garage doors, garage door openers, garage door repairs, and garage door aluminum capping services to residential clients. You will be working along with a team led by an experienced Field Manager. Our company provides the necessary training and tools to be well-versed in garage door sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Direct residential selling with potential and established clients daily (door to door sales)
- Demonstrate ability to close sales and overcome customer objections through meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals
- Represent Garage Door Beasts professionally by increasing home efficiency awareness and becoming an expert on garage door systems
- Ensure a positive and high-quality client experience through all interactions by managing accounts proactively
- Build and nurture relationships within your team
- Participate in continuous training opportunities to develop your skills

- Enthusiastic, personable, and professional demeanor
- Coachable and self-motivated, ability to perform with mínimal supervision
- Desire to exceed sales goals; a highly-motivated ‘go-getter’
- Resourceful: able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
- Passionate about creating world-class client experiences
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work full time hours (Monday to Saturday) 11:00am to 8:00pm
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
