**Position: Office Administrator (Urgent Hiring)**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Order Management**: Consistently follow up on customer orders and ensure timely processing.
- **Customer Support**: Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- **Lead and Sales Coordination**: Manage and follow up on phone sales and leads diligently.
- **Task Management**: Maintain a well-organized system to track and follow up on all tasks.
- **Deadline Management**: Work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines and process urgent orders.
- **Bookkeeping**: Support basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English (bilingualism is an asset).
- **Software Proficiency**: Experience with bookkeeping software, HubSpot, Setmore, Outlook, and Excel is highly preferred.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Ability to adapt to and learn new technology quickly.
- **Organization**: Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking.
- **Work Ethic**: Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time.
- **Eligibility**: Must be eligible to work in Canada.
**Location**:
This is an in-office position at 767 Credit Stone Rd, Vaughan, ON.
**Compensation**:
Salary is in line with Ontario's minimum wage standards.
