**SOMMAIRE**

Le spécialiste de compte stimule les ventes, et identifie et crée des opportunités pour divers types de clients. Ce rôle fonctionne en partenariat avec les représentants de compte au sein d’un territoire défini pour apporter une connaissance approfondie au sein d’une famille de produits. Le spécialiste de compte offre une formation sur les produits de Motion Industries au moyen de présentations techniques.

**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**

Hausser les revenus et la rentabilité en recrutant de nouveaux clients et en développant davantage les comptes existants.

Interagir régulièrement avec les clients en personne afin de favoriser de bonnes relations et maintenir leur satisfaction.

Comprendre les exigences complexes des clients en vue de préparer des devis personnalisés.

Donner des présentations de ventes efficaces et s’assurer que les exigences techniques sont satisfaites.

Veiller à ce que les exigences techniques du client soient satisfaites.

Contribuer au dépannage sur place pour les préoccupations des clients.

Travailler avec les clients locaux pour identifier les produits et les solutions, produire les devis et conclure les ventes.

Offrir un soutien technique, au besoin.

Travailler avec les ressources des fournisseurs et les coordonner afin de créer des relations et soutenir les ventes.

Accomplir d’autres tâches qui lui sont attribuées.

**FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE**

Exige habituellement un diplôme d’études secondaires ou un diplôme d’éducation générale. Exige habituellement une expérience dans l’industrie et dans les ventes.

**CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES, APTITUDES**

Connaissance des produits industriels : transmission d’énergie, hydraulique, pneumatique et produits industriels.

Aptitude marquée pour les communications, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Excellente compréhension des principes de ventes fondamentaux et des pratiques exemplaires.

Capacité d’influencer les clients tout en maintenant des relations saines.

Capacité de prendre des initiatives et de travailler avec un minimum de supervision.

Aptitude pour le multitâche et la gestion du temps.

Capacité d’utiliser Microsoft Office.

**EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES**:
Peut exiger d’être sur appel les soirs ou les week-ends, selon les besoins.

**SUMMARY**:
The Account Specialist drives sales, identifies, and generates opportunities for various types of customers. This role partners with Account Representatives within an assigned territory to deliver deep knowledge within a product group. The Account Specialist provides education of Motion Industries products through technical presentations.

**JOB DUTIES**:
Increases revenue and profitability through generation of new business and further development of existing accounts.
- Routinely interacts face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintains satisfaction.
- Understands complex requirements from customers for preparation of customized quoting.
- Delivers effective sales presentations and ensures technical requirements are met.
- Ensures technical requirements for the customer are met.
- Assists with on-site troubleshooting of customers' concerns.
- Works with local customers to identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales.
- Provides technical support as required.
- Works with and coordinates vendor resources to build relationships and support sales.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED. Typically requires industry and sales experience.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES**:

- Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices.
- Ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships.
- Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
- Ability to multitask and manage time well.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:
May be required to be on-call nights or weekends, depending on need.
