The Environment

We work remote seamlessly with a distributed team across Canada and the US, while maintaining a base at HQ in Toronto.

You are constantly curious and love learning new skills, especially technology, and sharing what you know with our clients and the rest of the team at commonsku. You love to have fun and bring that enthusiasm to work everyday when supporting our clients.

About the Role

Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Customer Service role.
- An outgoing personality that loves to work in a team environment
- Unique problem solving skills. You are able to troubleshoot with our clients and provide them with the support they need to be successful
- You love to take initiative and take on new challenges
- You are constantly learning and are looking for a company to grow with
