The Administrator & Contract Coordinator is responsible for answering calls, creating tickets and dispatching to technicians for store support. The role also is accountable for coordination, tracking and communication regarding contracts for software and hardware support for Boston Pizza stores. This position is also the central liaison with stores regarding contract terms and issues. It maintains and provides departmental documentation of Policy & Procedures, Processes, and Services.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
*The Administrator and Contract Coordinator duties require someone with strong organizational skills and must be detailed oriented.*
- Responsible for acting as the central contact for receiving all incoming technical support calls in a prompt and courteous manner
- Able to operate telephone and voice mail system efficiently
- Create support tickets and action to technicians accordingly
- Responsible for the administration of Store Service and Support Contracts
- Responsible for maintaining all contractual records, documentation and contract database
- Ensures invoicing for software and hardware support is coordinated with Finance
- Update databases, tracking reports, and memos including Intranet postings
- Communicates and reports to management regarding contract and compliance issues
- Assists with payroll for team, and ensuring after hours support has been programmed
- Support the management team for all administrative support including: memos, letters, presentations and correspondences
- Support the management team with travel arrangements and consolidation of expenses
- Perform various other duties and tasks as assigned

**Skills Required**:

- 2 years of customer service, sales and/or administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to communicate with technical & non-technical users/clients & employees
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Proactive team player but able to perform well independently
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail required
- Enthusiastic in dealing with new challenges and exercises professionalism
- Ability to administer several projects independently and concurrently, with ongoing changes in priority
- Minimum typing speed 50 wpm
- Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
