Easy Platter is Canada’s first on-demand personal chef service committed to changing the way people eat everyday. We enable people to eat home cooked meals just the way they like them.

**Operations and Growth Lead**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new B2B2C customers
- End to end ownership of sales cycles, from onboarding the customers to getting customer feedback when they join Easy Platter
- Analyzing creative ways to enhance Customer and Chef on-boarding experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Streamlining and leading the Chef and Customer weekly menu fulfilment process
- Building and measuring KPIs for Chef and Customer Success

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, PR, Communication, Technology or other related fields
- Love for Food-Tech and this growing space
- Critical eye for details and innovation
- 3-5 years experience in business development/entrepreneurship
- Have a “Lead by doing” mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Open to sharing ideas and bringing new ones to table
- Be able to handle uncertainty and last minute customer or chef requests
- Have a positive and “can do” attitude
- Have a good sense of humour, love for travel, food and all startups

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
