º Communicating directly with the Vendor/Indirect Dealer/Customer and working with the internal teams (Sales, Credit, Legal and Operations) to gain a thorough understanding of the transaction and to provide superior customer service to all parties, while ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibility of the team is to coordinate the transaction cycle process, more specifically:
º Work with all internal customers (sales, credit, legal, operations) to gain a thorough understanding of the transactions.

º Scoring of transactions and communication to partners of credit decisions

º Prepare complete documentation packages (lease, conditional sales contract, loan) and follow-up with all parties to obtain proper documents and correct deficiencies.

º Communicate directly with dealers, insurers, financial institutions when required.

º Ensure that conditions precedent to funding transactions are met, both at credit and documentation level procedures.

º Ensure PPSA registrations are in place.

**Qualifications**:
º Great team player

º Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy;
º Demonstrated initiative, confidence and proactive skills;
º Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed, team based environment;
º Dependable: Can be counted on for meeting obligations, commitments, deadlines, etc.;
º 2-3 years' experience preferably within the commercial financial industry

º Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel

º Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

º University degree in a relevant field and one to two years of experience

º Financial Analysis skills

º Ability to manage several projects in a changing work environment

º Bilingual is an asset
