**Duties include (not limited to)**:

- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival; ensure each visit runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible
- Checking in and checking out patients
- Booking appointments over the phone and in-clinic
- Process payments and submit insurance claims (online), as well as follow-ups when required
- Working to ensure an overall excellent customer experience for the patient
- Light maintenance of reception area and exam rooms
- Set up exam rooms and keep them fully stocked; make timely requests for replenishment when needed
- Open and close the clinic

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Part-time hours**: 15 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

**Experience**:Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
