Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will support all PCC departments and functions by providing professional, efficient and effective administrative support.
**Accountabilities**:
The accountabilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare for, attend, and take minutes for weekly Directors’ and quarterly HSSE Committee Meetings and distribute meeting minutes in a timely manner
- Support all divisions and functions with their administrative needs, with a particular emphasis on VP level support
- Assist with travel arrangements and bookings
- Assist with office related tasks, including maintenance of the PCC Corporate Library
- Collaborate with the corporate administration team to ensure efficient resolution of administrative issues
- Create and maintain paper and electronic files and ensure all documents are properly filed
- Coordinate meetings and support hosting of corporate events
- Fulfill other administrative duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- Degree/Diploma in Office Administration or similar post-secondary education preferred
- 5+ years of administrative support experience, at the executive level an asset
- Mandarin language skills (written & verbal) preferred
- Experience in oil and gas industry an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage confidential materials in a professional and appropriate manner
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships and interact in a variety of situations
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals
- Flexible and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously to meet the time demands of unpredictable activities in a fast paced and dynamic business environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team with a positive attitude
