**Job Title**:Marketing Intern - Summer Street Team

**Duration**:May to September

As a HARVEST Clean Eats Summer Intern specializing in On-the-Ground Marketing, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team. This position offers hands-on experience in executing marketing initiatives, engaging with customers, franchise partners and contributing to the success of HARVEST Clean Eats during the summer season.

**Responsibilities**:
Street Marketing:

- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting HARVEST Clean Eats in high-traffic areas.
- Engage with potential customers, provide information about products, and create positive brand experiences.

Promote New Launches:

- Execute launch strategies for new products or promotions.
- Ensure that key messaging is effectively communicated to the target audience.

In-Store Offer Promotions:

- Promote and communicate in-store offers to customers.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of in-store promotions.

In-store Signage Oversight:

- Check stores regularly to ensure that promotional signage is displayed correctly.
- Report any discrepancies and collaborate with store managers to address issues promptly.

Demo and Sampling Events:

- Plan and execute product demonstration and sampling to showcase HARVEST Clean Eats offerings.
- Gather customer feedback and report findings to the marketing team.

Expense Management:

- Keep track of expenses related to on-the-ground marketing activities.
- Ensure adherence to the allocated budget for each initiative.

Support New Store Openings:

- Assist in the opening of new stores by implementing on-the-ground marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth launch.

On-the-Ground Content Creation:

- Capture photos, videos, and testimonials during on-the-ground activities.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media and marketing materials.
- Delivery of Marketing Materials:

- Ensure timely delivery and distribution of marketing materials to designated locations.
- Maintain an organized inventory of promotional items.

Weekly Planning:

- Develop and submit weekly plans outlining executed initiatives, challenges faced, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future on-the-ground marketing activities.
- Collaboration with HARVEST Head Office Marketing Team:

- Work closely with the HARVEST marketing team to align on campaign goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and feedback from on-the-ground interactions to enhance marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of content creation (photo and video)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Marketing or business-related studies preferred
- Valid Canadian Drivers license
