**The role of the Marketing Intern [Summer 2024]**

As a Marketing Summer Intern, you will be working with a dedicated team of professionals in a growing practice delivering marketing services to both our internal clients and their service line.

**The responsibilities of the Marketing Intern [Summer 2024]**:
As part of the Marketing and Communications team, this position will work in the various functional areas within the department to assist with a diverse set of tasks—all in support of the overall strategic direction of the department and the firm. These duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Generate monthly KPI reports for stakeholders, summarizing key metrics and insights.
- Providing support in coordinating external events and sponsorships
- Helping with pitches, presentations, and campaign plans using PowerPoint
- Participating in meetings—marketing team and interdepartmental
- Assisting with the distribution of client publications and other communications (e.g. adviser alerts, tax releases, thought leadership, etc.)
- Tracking and maintaining promotional orders and inventory
- Assisting with production, distribution and tracking of monthly internal e-newsletters
- Managing/working on special projects as identified by your people manager.
- Other administrative duties as required

**The skills and behaviours required for this position include**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business or recently graduated Administration program, with a major in Marketing or Public Relations
- Familiarity with marketing processes
- Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn
- Energetic, detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work effectively on a variety of projects concurrently, particularly in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Word and PowerPoint, Excel
