We're dedicated to providing a dynamic, innovative, and engaging learning environment. If you're ready to shape the future of business education and inspire students, this is the place for you

**Primary purpose**:
The Manager of International Recruitment’s major purpose is to meet and exceed International Student Recruitment targets.

The Manager of International Recruitment will design, develop, and achieve an integrated enrollment strategy that admits and retains students; optimizing the use of financial aid resources and coordinate the enrollment-related efforts of the campuses. The role will train and advise campus Education Consultants (ECs) to successfully drive the international admissions process at the campus level.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support New Brunswick and Nova Scotia campuses with the administration and management of their international student population.
- Develop and implement student recruitment strategies for international markets.
- Investigate, identify, and develop specific and targeted recruitment strategies for each major country (India, Mexico, Brazil, South Korea, China and Caribbean countries, for example).
- Lead the design of international student recruitment efforts and partnership strategies, including all educational fairs, international display events, government education fairs and agency tours to all countries specified within the enrolment strategy.
- Support Education Consultant and Agent questions on international student admissions requirements and ensure that all admissions requirements are met and verified, including language proficiency requirements.
- Ensure all admissions requirements and financial commitments are completed and approved prior to start dates.
- Review and approve Provincial Attestation Letter issuance in conjunction with Regulatory Officer.
- Be primary contact to support International Agents through training, Q&A and policy creation.
- Ensure consistent communication and messaging among the Educational Consultants and international agent partners.
- Follow-up and respond to international student inquiries relating to admissions requirements, study permits, and be an expert on the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program and post graduate working opportunities for international students.
- Strategically deploy Eastern College international student recruitment resources locally, nationally, and internationally, including travelling and participating in relevant meetings and events, as approved in an annual travel/marketing plan.
- Establish and maintain agent screening and maintenance processes to mitigate reputational risk, while also providing agent support and services that reflect industry best practices and facilitate the productivity of the partnerships.
- Develop new on-shore and off-shore agents aligned with Eastern College’s recruitment strategies.
- In partnership with Marketing, develop content, resources and provide agents with all the necessary marketing materials to help promote the programs (i.e., brochures, display units, PDF files, agent certificates).
- Facilitate agent seminars and training electronically and in assigned source countries when required.
- Provide monthly enrollment reporting and projections to the Regional Director of Admissions. The duties and responsibilities listed above are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the role expectations if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment to the position
-

**What you bring to the position**:

- Post-Secondary degree in sales or business required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with demonstrated success in international admissions/recruitment, sales/marketing, or business development.
