**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

Gestion Privee Nour (GPN) est à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) expérimenté(e) pour l'un des conseillers en investissement de GPN.

L'assistant(e) administratif(ve) assistera l'équipe dans de nombreux domaines de la gestion de patrimoine, notamment en répondant aux appels entrants, en préparant les documents relatifs aux nouveaux comptes et aux services, en gérant plusieurs systèmes informatiques dans un environnement où la documentation est abondante, en fournissant un service à la clientèle en personne et par téléphone, en facilitant et en résolvant les demandes de service des clients, en planifiant les réunions avec les clients, en produisant et en envoyant la correspondance, et en effectuant d'autres tâches administratives qui lui sont confiées.

**Responsabilités**
- Assister le conseiller en placement dans ses activités quotidiennes, y compris la tenue des calendriers, la préparation de la correspondance et le service à la clientèle.
- Interagir avec les clients en personne et par téléphone.
- Préparer et examiner les documents relatifs aux nouveaux comptes.
- Faciliter et résoudre les demandes de service des clients.
- Appliquer une connaissance pratique des opérations et des processus de service à la clientèle.
- Travailler de manière indépendante, efficace et efficiente.
- S'assurer que les documents sont préparés et fournis pour toutes les réunions avec les clients.
- Traiter les informations confidentielles et/ou sensibles de manière responsable.
- Organiser et coordonner les réunions du personnel et de la direction.
- Assurer les fonctions administratives du bureau telles que les fournitures de bureau et le courrier.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

**Formation, compétences et qualifications requises**
- Diplôme en administration des affaires, finance, commerce ou services financiers (ou expérience équivalente).
- Plus de cinq ans d'expérience dans les services financiers ou l'assurance.
- Capacité à maintenir le plus haut niveau de confidentialité.
- Excellente communication orale et écrite.
- Compétences organisationnelles avancées, notamment en ce qui concerne la gestion des calendriers, la programmation et la capacité à organiser, planifier et programmer des activités.
- Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles pour travailler efficacement avec différents niveaux de personnel, y compris les cadres supérieurs et les dirigeants ; capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Jugement sûr dans la prise de décision ; solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front, à établir des priorités et à travailler de manière indépendante dans des délais serrés et dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ; compétences en matière de navigation et de recherche sur l'intranet et l'internet, google.
- Expérience des systèmes de gestion de la relation client.
- Travailler dans un environnement à rythme rapide.
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est un atout.
