We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our accounting firm. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Founding Partner, as well as managing accounts receivables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Founder with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls.
- Maintain and update client files and databases.
- Prepare and distribute invoices, and follow up on accounts receivables.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) hautement organisé(e) et soucieux(se) du détail pour rejoindre notre cabinet comptable. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de fournir un soutien administratif complet au Fondateur, ainsi que de la gestion des comptes clients.

Responsabilités:

- Assister le partenaire dans diverses tâches administratives, telles que la planification de réunions, la gestion des courriels et la prise en charge des appels téléphoniques.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les dossiers clients et les bases de données.
- Préparer et distribuer les factures, et suivre les comptes clients.
- Coordonner les arrangements de voyage et préparer les notes de frais.
- Assister dans des projets et tâches ponctuels au besoin.

Exigences:

- Expérience avérée en tant qu'assistant administratif ou un rôle similaire.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps.
- Maîtrise de MS Office, en particulier Excel et Word.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et relationnelles.
- Capacité à prioriser les tâches et à travailler de manière autonome.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
