**Aperçu du poste**: Nous recherchons un **assistant administratif** méticuleux et organisé pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant qu’assistant administratif, vous fournirez un soutien essentiel pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de notre bureau. **Anglais et français requis.** La maîtrise du logiciel de gestion des locataires **HOPEM** est un atout.

**Tâches**:

- Aider à la saisie de données et à la tenue de dossiers précis.
- Préparer et modifier des documents, des rapports et des présentations.
- Coordonner les réunions et les rendez-vous, y compris la planification et l’envoi des invitations.
- Gérer l’inventaire des fournitures de bureau et passer des commandes au besoin.
- Organiser et maintenir des dossiers physiques et électroniques.
- Fournir un support client en répondant aux demandes et en résolvant les problèmes de manière opportune.
- Participer à des projets spéciaux assignés.

**Exigences**:

- Maîtrise des logiciels informatiques tels que la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et Google Suite.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité de hiérarchiser efficacement les tâches.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Souci du détail et précision dans la saisie de données et la tenue des dossiers.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante ainsi qu’en collaboration au sein d’une équipe.
- Une expérience antérieure dans un rôle administratif est préférable mais non requise.
- La connaissance de **HOPEM** ou une expérience de travail dans un bureau de gestion immobilière.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

**English and French required**

**Working with tenant management software HOPEM is a plus.**

**Duties**:

- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out meeting invitations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with special projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of **HOPEM** or experience working in a property management office is a plus

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
