**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**

BRiX is a new one-of-a-kind rental apartment building in downtown Montreal with a unique club-like community focus, a great team and working environment.

With nearly 300 apartments and a very strong focus on customer satisfaction, the Front Desk position takes an important part in the operations of the building.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify applicants for rental apartments by conducting background checks, credit checks, and income verification.
- Assist the leasing team with paperwork, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate team tasks such as maintenance requests, cleaning schedules, and apartment inspections.
- Administer computer systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and potential renters, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or bachelor's degree in business administration, communication or related field is a plus.
- Fully bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and property management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

BRiX est un nouvel immeuble d'appartements locatifs unique en son genre, situé au centre-ville de Montréal, qui offre un environnement de travail et une équipe formidables, à l'image d'un club.

Avec près de 300 appartements et une attention particulière portée à la satisfaction de la clientèle, le poste de réceptionnaire joue un rôle important dans les opérations de l'immeuble.

**Responsabilités**:

- Communiquer avec les locataires potentiels et existants par téléphone, par courriel ou en personne pour fournir des informations sur le bâtiment, fixer des rendez-vous et répondre aux questions.
- Assister l'équipe de location dans la gestion des documents, la planification et les tâches administratives.
- Coordonner les tâches de l'équipe telles que les demandes d'entretien, les programmes de nettoyage et les inspections d'appartements.
- Administrer les systèmes informatiques afin de garantir l'exactitude et l'efficacité de la tenue des dossiers, des demandes d'entretien et des contrats de location.
- Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux locataires et aux locataires potentiels, afin de garantir leur satisfaction et leur fidélisation.

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent. Un diplôme d'associé ou de bachelier en administration des affaires, en communication ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
- Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français) avec d'excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps, avec la capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et d'établir des priorités.
- Excellentes compétences informatiques, notamment dans Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite et les logiciels de gestion immobilière.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec une équipe dans un environnement en constante évolution et à conserver une attitude positive sous pression.
- Orienté vers le service à la clientèle et doté de solides compétences interpersonnelles.

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
