Night Auditor:
We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and maintaining accurate financial records. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions
- Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with front desk duties, including answering phone calls and making reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

**Experience**:

- Previous Hilton experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel setting is beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.18-$22.18 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
