**Your Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or Human Resources
- 5-7 years Previous work experience within Talent Acquisition
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Sound judgement in handling confidential information
- Flexible to changing work demands and ability to prioritize
- Experience using Workday or other HRIS software
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System

**Your Role with Our Team**:

- Assist with the creation of materials related to Talent Acquisition procedures and policies (e.g., process documentation FAQs, quick-reference cards etc.) and maintain regular updates to our internal CNOOC North America webpages
- Maintain shared mailboxes
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) maintenance
- Managing the recruitment process in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

- Book and conduct interviews
