**As a Team Lead, Application Support your responsibilities will include**:

- Motivate team members in methods to improve proficiency within the support processes, while creating a space where they can openly ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Encourage the team to be pro-active: Always being ahead of the client’s needs, trying to identify issues and resolve them before they are detected.
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes while providing productive performance feedback.
- Assign tasks to team according to priority, while tracking the team's performance and identify ways to increase efficiency.
- Facilitate and guide team adoption of firm standards and processes when delivering solutions/releases including unit testing, documentation and change management.
- Identifying risks and form contingency plans to ensure projects and software releases/updates are successfully completed.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations and briefings to the relevant stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering or information systems related field)
- Lead and mentor a small team
- Align business requirements and solutions with available software, keeping close attention to budget and return on investment (ROI)
- Manage, recruit, and develop Application Support team
- Ensure change management processes and procedures are followed by all team members
- Experience with SCCM, SDLC, SQL Server, AWS, Azure and SaaS
- Attention to detail and ability to function in a dynamic and demanding work environment
- Ability to analyze business requirements and propose solutions
- Ability to produce technical and functional documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform unit testing based on scenarios
- Aptitude for continuous learning
