**About this opportunity**

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Train & develop team, and manage support Dashboard;
- Collaborate with Management to resolve service interruptions
- Create great customer experiences
- Provide Tokens to users as they are permitted access
- Create and manage Knowledge Base Articles for end users and internal procedures
- Ensure documented SOP’s are followed
- Help to identify root cause for system issues
- Analyze, investigate and engage with other teams to better understand software issues and make basic recommendations
- Collaborate with various teams to successfully implement and support new software solutions
- Resolve escalations in a timely and practical way
- Aid with Application Patching / upgrades
- Perform Application Testing as required
- Provide vendor support as required.

**What you need to be successful**
- 5-7 years 2nd Level IT Support / EMR Application Support for Home Health Care
- 1-2 years in a Supervisory/Management role
- College or University Degree in IT or Health Care
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal skills
- Experience training colleagues and end users
- ITIL Certification and CRM Administration considered an asset.
