InnerQore Health: Psychology and Wellness is a mid-size multidisciplinary mental health and wellness practice in Thornhill located at the intersection of Yonge & Centre Street. We are currently looking for an experienced **full-time Intake Coordinator/Administrative Assistant **to support day-to-day operations in our fully renovated, inviting and comfortable office space. We pride ourselves on having created a warm and collaborative atmosphere where all members of our team are valued and recognized.
**Responsibilities**
- Completing psychological pre-screening phone calls
- Creating forms and tracking their return and submission (OCF18s)
- Coordinating intake of referrals from multiple sources for psychological assessments
- Scheduling psychological assessments and allied services
- Setting up and working with files across multiple software platforms
- Providing support to clients to access our software platforms
- Supporting preparation of extended health benefits claim forms and/or invoices
- Completion of various general administrative or office tasks as needed
- Providing ad hoc support around office/to the Executive Team as needed
**Qualifications**
- Experience working in an intake role or similar environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent schooling or work experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software as required
- Note: The agreed upon rate of pay will be commensurate with experience. _
