Intake & Office Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details
- Assist with billing and payment processing using QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records, both physical and electronic
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing documents
- Perform data entry tasks to update patient information and records
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth operations of the office
**Skills**:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for billing and payment processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and administrative tasks
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with file management systems and data entry processes
